Welcome to Islamic Art Week (the "Event"), operated by Islamic Art Week Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16342895 with our registered office at 13 Relph Court Kenneth Way, London, England, W5 2TS .
By registering for a ticket, purchasing a Replay Bundle, or accessing our website at www.islamicartweek.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform or attend the Event.
1. Registration and Eligibility
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to register. If you are under 18, you may only attend under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Ticket Delivery: Free tickets and access links will be delivered electronically to the email address provided.
2. Digital Goods and Paid Content (Replay Bundles)
Contract Formation: A binding contract for paid content is formed only when we send you an email confirming your purchase and receipt of payment.
Consumer Rights & Cancellations: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have a 14-day right to change your mind and get a refund for digital content.
Waiver of Cancellation Right: Important: By streaming, downloading, or accessing the Replay Bundle content (including videos, worksheets, or PDFs) within 14 days of purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel and claim a refund.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: All materials provided during the Event, including live streams, pre-recorded videos, downloadable PDFs, worksheets, geometric templates, and calligraphy guides, are owned by us or our licensing master artists.
Permitted Use: You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and download these materials for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Prohibited Use: You must not record, screenshot, copy, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any Event content or use it to teach your own paid classes without our express written permission.
4. Code of Conduct
Respectful Behaviour: The Event brings together a global community. You agree to behave respectfully in all live chats, Q&A sessions, and virtual watch parties.
Prohibited Behaviour: We do not tolerate hate speech, offensive comments, religious intolerance, spamming, or self-promotion in the chat forums.
Termination of Access: We reserve the right to immediately remove you from any live session or revoke your Platform access without a refund if you violate this Code of Conduct.
5. Limitation of Liability
Service Availability: While we aim for seamless live streaming, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of tech glitches.
Artistic Results: The Event provides educational tutorials. We are not responsible if your final artwork or project does not meet your personal expectations.
Excluded Liability: Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. For all other losses, our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Event.
6. Charitable Donations
Transparency: Where a portion of ticket or bundle sales is advertised as going to a designated charity (e.g., Muslim Aid), we commit to transferring those funds in accordance with UK charity trading laws. Statement of exact percentages or net proceeds will be made available upon request.
7. Data Protection
Privacy Policy: We process your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
English Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Jurisdiction: You agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute. However, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
9. Pricing and Payment
Advertised Pricing: All prices for the Replay Bundle, premium masterclasses, or add-on resources are displayed on our Platform in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you purchase from outside the UK, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees.VAT /
Taxes: Prices are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable, at the current prevailing rate.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards and secure digital payment methods (such as Stripe or PayPal). Payment must be cleared in full before digital access is granted.
Loss of Refund Right Upon Accessing Content: In accordance with UK digital consumer laws, you explicitly agree that your 14-day cancellation right is waived and lost the moment you stream any video, download a PDF worksheet, or access any part of the premium digital content.
Unaccessed Content Refunds: If you have not logged into the portal or accessed any materials, you may request a refund within the 14-day window by emailing [Insert Email Address]. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of approving your request.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law or our Event structure. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
